  What to include in your message:

  Тhe existential threat to Ukraine becomes more dire each day. We thank you for your efforts thus far. However, the situation demands so much more of a signatory to the Budapest Memorandum.
  We ask that the US and its partners:

1. Implement and enforce a No-Fly Zone over Ukraine, with joint air policing with NATO

2. Close European skies, waters, and roads to all Russian transport

3. Unleash full economic sanctions on Russia NOW, including total termination of trade and investment in any form, and seize all Russian state and Russian companies and individual assets in the USA

4. Enact immediate personal sanctions against all Russian government officials and oligarchs, their families, and associates

5. Fully isolate Russia by all means, and in all formats, including terminaNon of diplomatic relations

6. Send humanitarian assistance to Ukraine to avert the looming humanitarian crisis triggered by the Russian war, including sufficient volumes of medical supplies and equipment

7. Provide weapons and equipment for Ukraine, in volumes sufficient to fully re-arm and re-equip the Ukrainian armed forces in accordance with NATO standards

8. Help Ukraine in establishing an efficient anti-aircraft and anti-missile system, similar to the current Iron Dome system in Israel

9. Send US military personnel and air force to Ukraine, in numbers sufficient to deter the Russian invasion, demonstrating American values in defending democracy and freedom

10. Immediately initiate the process for exclusion of Russia from the United NaNons and the Group of 20

11. Immediately initiate the process for fast-tracking Ukraine’s membership in NATO

12. Immediately initiate an international tribunal hearing aimed at declaring Putin and his henchmen as war criminals
